where is 250Km away to the northeast from Tokyo.

The feature of the plant is Phosgenation and is producing NCOs,
NCAs, Chloroformates, Acidchlorides as intermediates for the
pharma., agrochemical, photochemical and others.

Beside the above, the plant is also active in the area of custom
